The team at Heligo are experienced investors, who between them have 25 years of investment experience and have closed 10+ deals in the UK mid-market.
What We Look For
We want to invest in operating businesses with predictable unit economics, a broad customer and supplier base, good cash generation.
We always look to partner with management teams, who will become shareholders alongside us. We typically acquire a majority of shares.
We look for companies with a strong position in a niche market. Sectors of particular interest include business services, light manufacturing, distribution and packaging.
